Project Status

From the stained-glass windows that softly color living spaces to the intricate carvings culled from the church's nave, the residences at The Sanctuary are unique both collectively and individually. Designers and artists sculpted interior spaces that highlight volume, light and textures, incorporating 21st Century convenience into the century-old architecture.

Each of the residences enjoys its own exterior entry—many through the church's original grand double doors—as well as a shared entrance that opens up into the interior atrium with domed, stained-glass ceiling. To further connect homeowners to the community, each home includes an interior balcony overlooking the atrium, and many also enjoy private open-air terraces with neighborhood, cityscape, mountain or water views.
